| | The Business of Information Technology (IT) Training Series is a set of classes designed to increase the effectiveness of IT managers by widening their knowledge of IT, discussing techniques to enhance user support and satisfaction, provide insights into motivating technical professionals, and provide information on the use of various best business practices. |
| | The Managing People Training Series is a set of classes containing employee-related management activities. These classes combine employee interaction, business process and general practices to provide a holistic view of various manager-staff interactions. The classes in this series can provide value to new and seasoned managers alike. For new managers, it provides them with a strong introduction to these important processes. For seasoned managers, it contains reminders on very important topics, contains some great tips that can be added to their bag of tricks, and provides a structured by which senior managers can teach their newer managers. |
| | The Personal Management Growth Training Series is a set of classes designed to help prepare the new managers and key individual contributors in your organization for success in their current and future leadership roles. |
| | The New Manager Training Series is a set of classes designed to increase the effectiveness of your less experienced managers and bring new managers up to speed more quickly.
Each class in the series teaches an important but different topic. As a result, the classes can be taken in any order, thus allowing managers to start attending classes at anytime in the training cycle. |
