Manager Mechanics seeks commission-based inside sales/business development reps to sell our training classes and training support services to corporations and/or independent training companies.
Our unique IT Management and Leadership Professional Certification is just one of a number of innovative yet practical training programs we offer, in addition to general management and leadership training. Our courses are taught in traditional classroom settings, via self-paced eLearning, real-time webinars and virtual avatar-based formats. Training is delivered directly by Manager Mechanics or through a network of training partners.
Work from your home office contacting our extensive, categorized list of prospects. Set your own schedule. Work full-time or part-time as your needs dictate. These positions are a perfect fit for sales and/or business development professionals who wish to stay involved in business while attending to personal/family priorities. Face-to-face sales calls are a potential for those who have or wish to develop these skills, but are not required as this is primarily an inside-sales/development position.
Two to four years business experience is required. Previous experience in an inside sales or business development role in a corporate setting is best, however, commensurate experience will be considered. Knowledge of SalesForce, our required CRM system is a big plus. Skills required include professional phone skills and general business knowledge, ability to work with and develop a series of qualifying questions, good follow-up techniques and predictive account assessment; self-motivation and personal goal setting is a must. Experience selling HR or training related products preferred but not required.
